An RNA aptamer conjugated to a therapeutic, wherein the aptamer specifically binds to a target expressed on a tumor-infiltrating myeloid cell.
The method of claim 10, wherein the subject is suffering from breast cancer, colon cancer, renal cancer, head and neck cancer or melanoma.
