Abstract
The present disclosure describes a novel sustained-release formulation for the local delivery of CDK9 inhibitors.
Claims46
A microparticle comprising a cyclin-dependent kinase 9 (CDK9) inhibitor and poly(lactic-co-glycolic) acid (PLGA), wherein the CDK9 inhibitor is encapsulated by the PLGA, and wherein the microparticle has a diameter of from about 3 to about 100 microns and provides a sustained release of the CDK9 inhibitor.
