The invention relates to novel compositions managing or inhibiting blood clotting and related uses.
Claims20
A liquid parenteral pharmaceutical composition comprising (i) about 2 μg/ml to about 20 mg/ml dabigatran or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
A method for managing or inhibiting blood coagulation during a procedure in a subject, comprising administering parenterally to the subject or the blood thereof an effective amount of dabigatran so that the blood dabigatran concentration is about 200 ng/ml to about 30,000 ng/ml.
