A combined preparation or composition comprising a free fatty acid receptor 4 (FFAR4) agonist and an α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) agonist or α7 nAChR positive modulator.
A method of treating a neurodegenerative disease, wherein the method comprises administering an FFAR4 agonist simultaneously or sequentially with an α7 nAChR agonist or α7 nAChR positive modulator to a patient in need thereof.
A kit comprising a first product comprising an FFAR4 agonist and a second product comprising an α7 nAChR agonist or α7 nAChR positive modulator.
