A therapeutic composition comprising (i) about 1×107 to 1×109/ml therapeutic cells and (ii) a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier solution that (a) contains about 25-30 mM acetate and about 20-25 mM gluconate and (b) has an osmolality of about 270 to 320 mOsmol/L.
