Abstract
A ligation device includes a first arm, a second arm, a holding tube, an operation wire, a sheath, and a link mechanism having a first link and a second link which are connected to each other and engage the holding tube with the sheath, wherein the link mechanism is configured to be switch between a disengaged configuration in which engagement between the holding tube and the sheath is released and an engaged configuration in which the holding tube is engaged with the sheath due to the operation wire.

A ligation device comprising;
- a first arm;
- a second arm configured to be able to move toward the first arm;
- a holding tube configured to accommodate at least a part of the first arm and the second arm;
- a sheath configured to accommodate an operation wire, the holding tube being configured to accommodate the sheath;
- a link mechanism including a locking part configured to engage the sheath with the holding tube, and a deformable part configured elastically deform in a direction that intersects with a moving direction of the operation wire;
- and
- a connector provided on a distal end of the operation wire, the connector having a diameter larger than the operation wire and being configured to connect the operation wire with the first arm and the second arm,
- wherein the deformable part is deformed and configured to separate from the operation wire in a radial direction of the operation wire by pressing the connector to the deformable part to release an engagement between the holding tube and the sheath.
