An adapter assembly for selectively interconnecting a surgical loading unit and a surgical device, the adapter assembly comprising:
- an electrical assembly including a strain gauge and configured to selectively electrically connect to a complementary electrical element of the surgical device.
An adapter assembly for selectively interconnecting a surgical loading unit and a surgical device, the adapter assembly comprising:
- an electrical assembly including at least one contact pin and a connector housing, the at least one contact pin extending through the connector housing and being configured to selectively electrically connect to a complementary electrical element of the surgical device, wherein the connector housing is secured to the at least one contact pin via over-molding.
An adapter assembly for selectively interconnecting a surgical loading unit and a surgical device, the adapter assembly comprising:
- an electrical assembly including:
- at least one contact pin configured to selectively electrically connect to a complementary electrical element of the surgical device, wherein a proximal portion of the at least one contact pin includes a rectangular cross-section;
- and
- a circuit board supported in the adapter assembly and supporting the at least one contact pin.
