• a garment body;
• a plurality of screen-printed electrodes positioned on the body;
• a central connector module;
• a plurality of screen-printed wires on the garment body, each of the plurality of printed wires connected from the central connector module to an electrode of the plurality of screen-printed electrodes.

An emergency cardiac and electrocardiogram (ECG) electrode placement device, the device comprising:

• a body comprising a plurality of extension members, wherein the body comprises a base layer composed of a flexible material, an adhesive layer composed of a flexible material, and a backing layer attached to an adhesive surface of the adhesive layer;
• and
• a plurality of screen-printed electrodes;
• wherein each of the plurality of extension members extend outward from a center of the body for proper placement of the plurality of electrodes on a patient.
