A sweetener or flavoring composition, comprising:
- (A) one or more glycosylated mogrosides (GMGs);
- and
- (B) one or more non-mogroside sweeteners.
A method of improving the taste profile of a steviol glycoside composition, comprising:
- additing to the steviol glycoside composition, a sufficient amount of a glycosylated mogroside.
A method of improving the taste profile of a glycosylate steviol glycoside composition, comprising:
- additing to the glycosylated steviol glycoside composition, a sufficient amount of a glycosylated mogroside.
