Abstract
Provided is a composition for promoting secretion of extracellular vesicles, which comprises a compound having a structure of the formula I (wherein each substituent is as defined in the specification), a racemate thereof or a stereoisomer thereof, or a salt thereof, or a compound having a structure of the formula II (wherein each substituent is as defined in the specification), or a stereoisomer thereof, or a salt thereof, or, cucurbitacin, or a stereoisomer thereof, or a salt thereof.

A composition for promoting secretion of extracellular vesicles, which comprises a compound having a structure represented by the formula I:

- R1 is C1-C6 alkyl which may be substituted by hydroxy, halogen, amino, nitro or cyano, or —C(O)—R7,
- R2 is hydrogen, hydroxy, C1-C6 alkyl or —C(O)—R5,
- R3 is C1-C6 alkyl which may be substituted by hydroxy, halogen, amino, nitro or cyano, or —C(O)—R5,
- R4 is hydrogen, hydroxy, C1-C6 alkyl or —C(O)—R6,
- R5 and R6 are independently hydrogen;
- hydroxy;
- C1-C6 alkyl which may be substituted by hydroxy, halogen, amino, nitro or cyano;
- or C1-C6 alkoxy which may be substituted by hydroxy, halogen, amino, nitro or cyano,
- R7 and R5 are independently hydrogen, hydroxy or —NR9R10,
- R9 and R10 are independently hydrogen, or C1-C6 alkyl which may be substituted by hydroxy, halogen, amino, nitro, cyano or phenyl,
- a racemate thereof or a stereoisomer thereof, or a salt thereof.
