- a filter in the container;

- a position control portion configured to change a position of the filter in the container.

- introducing a liquid containing a target object into a container;
- moving a filter in the liquid containing the target object;
- discharging the liquid in the container that is located on an upper side of the container relative to the filter;

- recovering the target object and the liquid remaining in the container after the discharging.
