An apparatus for manufacturing an exterior for a secondary battery, the apparatus comprising:

• a mold in which a recess part having a recessed shape is provided;
• and
• a fluid supply device configured to supply a fluid toward the recess part (I),
• wherein the fluid supply device comprises:
• a duct extending from a side of the mold toward the recess part to provide a path through which the fluid flows.

An exterior for a secondary battery, comprising:

• a forming part having a predetermined thickness (t) and defining a space therein;
• and
• a sealing part disposed on a circumference of the forming part,
• wherein an entire area of the sealing part has a structure in which two sheets are entirely bonded to each other, and
• the sealing part is spaced a predetermined length (L) from one side surface of the forming part.
