Abstract
Polymer particle embolics and methods of making same are described. The particle embolics can be used as embolization agents.

A polymer particle comprising:
- a poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylamide macromer,
- a first monomer;
- and
- a second monomer selected from acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, 3-sulfopropyl acrylate, 3-sulfopropyl methacrylate, a salt thereof, or a combination thereof.

A polymer particle comprising:
- a poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylamide macromer,
- a first monomer;
- and
- a second monomer selected from amino ethyl methacrylate, 2-amino ethyl methacrylate, amino propyl methacrylamide, a salt thereof, or a combination thereof.

A polymer particle, comprising:
- a poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylamide macromer at a concentration of between about 15% w/w and about 50% w/w;
- and
- at least one monomer that is not n-isopropyl acrylamide.
