Abstract
A counter unit, a counter unit control method, a control device, and a control system are provided. A counter unit (10) executes an output to an actuator (40) at a time point when a waiting time indicated by a timing adjustment value (Ta) received from PLC (20) has elapsed since it was determined that an actual measurement value obtained by using a pulse signal has matched with a target value.

A counter unit comprising:
- a measurement unit that counts the number of pulses of a pulse signal and measures an actual measurement value;
- a comparison unit that determines a match between the actual measurement value measured by the measurement unit and a target value;
- and
- an output unit that executes an output to an actuator when the comparison unit determines that the actual measurement value and the target value match,
- wherein the output unit comprises an output delay unit that adjusts a timing of the output from a point in time when the comparison unit determines that the actual measurement value and the target value match to a point in time when a time independent of a cycle of the pulse signal indicated by a timing adjustment value has elapsed.

- a comparison step of determining a match between the actual measurement value measured in the measurement step and a target value;
