Abstract
A finger plate system for a picker hub that employs fingers to pick poultry feathers. The system includes a base plate that attaches to the picker hub and a top plate. The top plate has finger holes and attaches to said base plate. The finger holes are adapted to receive the fingers. The attachment of said top plate to said base plate traps and holds the fingers.

A finger plate system for a picker hub that employs fingers to pick poultry feathers comprising:
- a base plate adapted to attached to the picker hub;
- and
- a top plate with finger holes that attaches to said base plate, said finger holes adapted to receive the fingers, said attachment of said top plate to said base plate adapted to trap and hold the fingers.
