Abstract
The present disclosure provides a support system comprising a post, said post extending upward vertically from a pad and further comprising upper and lower ends, wherein said lower end is secured to a lower flange; and a joist flange secured to the post opposite the lower flange; wherein the lower flange is secured to the post via a frictional fit.

A support system comprising:
- a. a post, said post extending upward vertically from a pad and further comprising upper and lower ends, wherein said lower end is secured to a lower flange;
- and
- b. a joist flange secured to the post opposite the lower flange;
- wherein the lower flange is secured to the post via a frictional fit;
- wherein the frictional fit is created by the post sliding over a centering guide on the lower flange.
