Multisignature key custody, key customization, and privacy service

A non-transitory computer-readable medium comprising memory with instructions encoded thereon, the instructions, when executed by one or more processors, causing the one or more processors to:

• transmit an update to a smart contract to associate a role with a key, the key associated with a multisignature wallet;
• receive a request to initiate a transaction, the transaction affected based on whether a given key having the role signs the transaction;
• and
• receive, from the smart contract, an indication of whether the transaction is affected in a manner corresponding to the role.

A system comprising memory with instructions encoded thereon, and one or more processors that, when executing the instructions, perform operations comprising:

• transmitting an update to a smart contract to associate a role with a key, the key associated with a multisignature wallet;
• receiving a request to initiate a transaction, the transaction affected based on whether a given key having the role signs the transaction;
• and
• receiving, from the smart contract, an indication of whether the transaction is affected in a manner corresponding to the role.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium comprising memory with instructions encoded thereon, the instructions, when executed by one or more processors, causing the one or more processors to:

• receive an update from a multisignature wallet to associate a role with an address of a first key, the first key associated with the multisignature wallet;
• receive a transaction signed using a second key;
• determine whether the second key is associated with the role associated with the first key;
• and
• transmit, to the multisignature wallet and responsive to determining that the second key is associated with the role, an indication that the signed transaction is affected in a manner corresponding to the role.
