Vision correction surgery recommendation method and device

A method for providing one or more expected visual ability images after a vision correction surgery using artificial intelligence performed by a computing device, comprising:

• obtaining examination data of a subject, wherein the examination data includes interview data and a measurement of eye characteristics data;
• calculating one or more prediction values of the eye characteristics data of the subject after the vision correction surgery by inputting first group data obtained from the examination data of the subject to a first prediction model, wherein the prediction values of the eye characteristics data include at least one of a predicted visual ability value or a predicted corneal shape factor value;
• and
• generating the expected visual ability images based on the prediction values of the eye characteristics data,
• wherein the first prediction model is trained based on at least one selected from the group of (1) measurements of the eye characteristics data before surgeries of a plurality of patients who have undergone vision correction surgeries, (2) surgery parameters of the vision correction surgeries performed on the plurality of patients, and (3) measurements of the eye characteristics data after the surgeries of the plurality of patients.
