Abstract
The present invention relates to a system for detecting a target enzyme in a sample, the system including a substrate, a first enzyme immobilized on the substrate via a first linker, and a second enzyme immobilized on the substrate via a second linker, wherein the first linker is cleavable by the target enzyme or the second enzyme to release the first enzyme for cleaving the second linker, thereby releasing the second enzyme; and a method for detecting a target enzyme in a sample including applying the sample to said system.

A system for detecting a target enzyme in a sample, the system comprising a substrate, a first enzyme immobilized on the substrate via a first linker, and a second enzyme immobilized on the substrate via a second linker, wherein the first linker is cleavable by the target enzyme or the second enzyme to release the first enzyme for cleaving the second linker, thereby releasing the second enzyme.
A method for detecting a target enzyme in a sample comprising applying the sample to a system, the system comprising a substrate, a first enzyme immobilized on the substrate via a first linker, and a second enzyme immobilized on the substrate via a second linker, wherein the first linker is cleavable by the target enzyme or the second enzyme to release the first enzyme for cleaving the second linker, thereby releasing the second enzyme.
