Method for determining time information, network node, and terminal device

A network device, comprising:

• a processor;
• and
• a memory coupled to the processor, the memory comprising instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the network device to:
• receive first information from a terminal device, wherein the first information indicates an operating band supported by the terminal device, and the operating band corresponds to a first smallest value of a first time interval between a downlink data transmission and sending a feedback message by the terminal device after receiving the downlink data, one operating band corresponds to one first smallest value, or the operating band corresponds to a second smallest value of a second time interval between uplink scheduling and uplink data transmission, one operating band corresponds to one second smallest value;
• and
• determine the first time interval or the second time interval, based on the first information.

A terminal device, comprising:

• a processor;
• and
• a memory coupled to the processor, the memory comprising instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the terminal device to:
• determine first information that indicates an operating band supported by the terminal device, and the operating band corresponds to a first smallest value of a first time interval between a downlink data transmission and sending a feedback message by the terminal device after receiving the downlink data, one operating band corresponds to one first smallest value, or the operating band corresponds to a second smallest value of a second time interval between uplink scheduling and uplink data transmission, one operating band corresponds to one second smallest value;
• and
• send the first information to a network device, wherein the first information is used by the network device to determine the first time interval or the second time interval.
