Abstract
A wireless node includes a reception section that receives first information and second information, and a control section that controls whether or not to carry out initial access to a cell based on whether or not the second information indicates prohibition of the initial access when the first information indicates the prohibition of the initial access.

- a reception section that receives a master information block;
- and
- a control section that ignores a first parameter indicating whether or not initial access to a cell is available in the master information block.
A wireless communication control method, comprising:
- receiving, by a wireless node, a master information block;
- and
- ignoring, by the wireless node, a first parameter indicating whether or not initial access to a cell is available in the master information block.
A system, comprising:
- a first wireless node;
- and
- a second wireless node, wherein
- the first wireless node includes
- a transmission section that transmits a master information block, and wherein
- the second wireless node includes
- a reception section that receives the master information block, and
- a control section that ignores a first parameter indicating whether or not initial access to a cell is available in the master information block.
