Provided is a display substrate, including: a base substrate and a color filter layer disposed on a side of the base substrate, wherein a target surface of the color filter layer is provided with a scattering structure, and the target surface comprises at least one of a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other.

- a base substrate and a color filter layer disposed on a side of the base substrate, wherein a target surface of the color filter layer is provided with a scattering structure, and the target surface comprises at least one of a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other.
A method for manufacturing a display substrate, comprising:
- providing a base substrate;
- forming a color filter layer on a side of the base substrate, wherein a target surface of the color filter layer is provided with a scattering structure, and the target surface comprises at least one of a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other.
A display panel comprising a display substrate, wherein the display substrate comprises a base substrate and a color filter layer disposed on a side of the base substrate, wherein a target surface of the color filter layer is provided with a scattering structure, and the target surface comprises at least one of a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other.
