Display panel and display device

A display device, comprising a display panel, wherein the display panel is provided with a plurality of sub-pixel areas distributed in an array, and the display panel comprises:

• a base substrate;
• a light emitting structure, disposed on a side of the base substrate, and comprising a plurality of light emitting devices in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of sub-pixel areas;
• an encapsulating layer, disposed on a side, facing away from the base substrate, of the light emitting structure;
• and
• a pixel defining layer, disposed on a side, facing away from the base substrate, of the encapsulating layer;
• wherein the pixel defining layer comprises:
• a plurality of openings;
• at least two sub-pixel defining layers, wherein each of the sub-pixel defining layers is provided with a pixel separator;
• wherein the pixel separator fences each of the plurality of openings, and defines the plurality of sub-pixel areas;
• in the at least two sub-pixel defining layers, a sectional shape of the pixel separator in the sub-pixel defining layer which is farthest away from the encapsulating layer comprises a regular trapezoid;
• and
• a quantum dot color film layer, comprising a plurality of quantum dot color films arranged in corresponding openings.
