Abstract
In an example, an apparatus includes a memory array in a first region and decode circuitry in a second region separate from a semiconductor. The decode circuitry is coupled to an access line in the memory array.

A method, comprising:
- forming a memory array in a first region;
- forming a conductor coupled to an access line of the memory array;
- forming a trigger device in a second region and coupled to the conductor;
- and
- forming a switch device in the second region and coupled to the conductor.
