Fencing systems, components thereof and methods for using the same

A fence clip, comprising:

• a body including a first portion configured to engage with a post and extending along a longitudinal axis between a first end and an opposite second end longitudinally spaced from the first end along the longitudinal axis, a first moveable member extending from the first end of the first portion, and a second moveable member extending from the second end of the first portion;
• wherein a portion of the first moveable member overlaps with a portion of the second moveable member and the first moveable member and the second moveable member cooperate with one another and the first portion to define a receptacle configured to receive a fencing wire;
• and
• wherein the first and second moveable members are moveable between a first orientation where a mouth between the first and second moveable members facilitates positioning of the fencing wire in the receptacle, and a second orientation where the first and second moveable members prevent displacement of the fencing wire from the receptacle.
