1-23. (canceled)
An enzyme composition, comprising:
- (i) an Aspergillus fumigatus cellobiohydrolase I;
- (ii) an Aspergillus fumigatus beta-glucosidase or variant thereof;
- and (iii);
- a Trichoderma reesei endoglucanase;
- or homologs thereof.
A recombinant filamentous fungal host cell, comprising polynucleotides encoding:
- (i) an Aspergillus fumigatus cellobiohydrolase I;
- (ii) an Aspergillus fumigatus beta-glucosidase or variant thereof;
- and (iii) a Trichoderma reesei endoglucanase;
- or homologs thereof.
The recombinant filamentous fungal host cell of 30, wherein one or more cellulase genes, one or more hemicellulase genes, or a combination thereof, endogenous to the filamentous fungal host cell have been inactivated.
The recombinant filamentous fungal host cell 36, which further comprises one or more polynucleotides encoding one or more enzymes selected from the group consisting of a cellulase, a GH61 polypeptide having cellulolytic enhancing activity, a hemicellulase, an esterase, an expansin, a laccase, a ligninolytic enzyme, a pectinase, a peroxidase, a protease, and a swollenin.
