Health care prescription synchronization between patient and health care provider

At least one non-transitory computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions that when executed by a processor of a computing device, cause the computing device to:

• receive, via a network, patient information from a patient computing device, the patient information comprising an indication of one or more adjustments made to a bone alignment device;
• determine an adjustment to a distraction rate of a prescription for the bone alignment device based in part on the one or more adjustments made to the bone alignment device, the prescription comprising a plurality of adjustments to be made to the bone alignment device over an original period;
• generate a revised prescription comprising a revised plurality of adjustments to be made to the bone alignment device over a revised period based on the adjustment to the distraction rate;
• send, via the network, an indication of the revised prescription to a health care provider (HCP) computing device;
• receive, via the network, an indication of an authorization of the revised prescription from the HCP computing device;
• and
• send, via the network responsive to receiving the indication of the authorization, an indication of the revised prescription to the patient computing device.

A computing implemented method, comprising:

• receiving, at a server via a network, patient information from a patient computing device, the patient information comprising an indication of one or more adjustments made to a bone alignment device;
• determining, at the server, an adjustment to a distraction rate of a prescription for the bone alignment device based in part on the one or more adjustments made to the bone alignment device, the prescription comprising a plurality of adjustments to be made to the bone alignment device over an original period;
• generating, at the server, a revised prescription comprising a revised plurality of adjustments to be made to the bone alignment device over a revised period based on the adjustment to the distraction rate;
• sending, via the network, an indication of the revised prescription to a health care provider (HCP) computing device;
• receiving, at the server via the network, an indication of an authorization of the revised prescription from the HCP computing device;
• and
• sending, via the network responsive to receiving the indication of the authorization, an indication of the revised prescription to the patient computing device.
