Building access control system and operating method thereof

A server for a building access control system, the server comprising:

• one or more processors;
• one or more memories that store one or more instructions to be executed by the one or more processors;
• and
• a network module configured to communicate with a computing device included in an inviter's device, a visitor's device, and a local control system,
• wherein when the one or more instructions are executed by the one or more processors, and wherein the one or more instructions cause the server to perform:
• receiving a visitor registration request comprising visitor information and visiting place information from the inviter's device;
• generating at least one temporary password based on the visiting place;
• transmitting an invitation message indicating the at least one temporary password to a visitor's device;
• and
• transmitting the visiting place information and the at least one temporary password to a local access system identified based on the visiting place information,
• wherein the at least one temporary password is generated corresponding to each of at least one of one or more entrance gates and parking lots included in the local access system.

A computer-readable storage medium that stores a building access control program,

• wherein when the building access control program is executed by a computing device, and wherein the program includes one or more instructions that cause the server to perform:
• receiving a visitor registration request comprising visitor information and visiting place information from an inviter's device;
• generating at least one temporary password based on the visiting place;
• transmitting an invitation message indicating the at least one temporary password to a visitor's device;
• and
• transmitting the visiting place information and the temporary password to a local access system identified based on the visiting place information,
• wherein the at least one temporary password is generated corresponding to each of at least one of one or more entrance gates and parking lots included in the local access system.
