A system for controlling the dispensing of fuel in a vending apparatus, particularly for private use, comprising one or more dispensing assemblies, one or more mobile processing devices operated by respective driver users, and a central remote processing device, said mobile processing devices being connected to and communicating with said central remote device via a telematic communication network,

• said dispensing assemblies and said mobile processing devices comprising respective short-range wireless communication modules configured to establish a short-range wireless communication between said dispensing assemblies and said mobile devices, said mobile processing devices being configured to transmit data originating from said dispensing assemblies toward said central remote processing device,
• wherein each dispensing assembly comprises an electronic controller and dispensing means which comprise an electric pump, said electronic controller being configured to control electronically said electric pump of said dispensing means on the basis of the occurrence of an operating condition of the electrical and/or hydraulic type of said dispensing means of said dispensing assembly.
