Abstract
Aspects of the present invention include an apparatus including a memory storing instructions, and a control unit configured to execute the instructions to detect an image of an object of interest within an image of real space, detect an orientation of the real space object image with respect to a real space user perspective, generate a modified image comprising an image of a modified object, corresponding to the real space object, such that an orientation of the modified object image corresponds to a desired user perspective, and display the modified image.
Claims7
An apparatus comprising:
- circuitry configured to
- determine a display mode of a virtual object from among a plurality of display modes based on a user input, and
- control display of the virtual object according to the determined display mode,
- wherein, in a first display mode of the plurality of display modes, the virtual object is moved in accordance with movement of a display device on which the virtual object is displayed, and
- wherein, in a second display mode of the plurality of display modes, a position of the virtual object is fixed regardless of the movement of the display device.
A method, implemented via at least one processor, the method comprising:
- determining a display mode of a virtual object from among a plurality of display modes based on a user input;
- and
- controlling display of the virtual object according to the determined display mode,
- wherein, in a first display mode of the plurality of display modes, the virtual object is moved in accordance with movement of a display device on which the virtual object is displayed, and
- wherein, in a second display mode of the plurality of display modes, a position of the virtual object is fixed regardless of the movement of the display device.
A non-transitory computer-readable medium having embodied thereon a program, which when executed by a computer causes the computer to execute a method, the method comprising:
- determining a display mode of a virtual object from among a plurality of display modes based on a user input;
- and
- controlling display of the virtual object according to the determined display mode,
- wherein, in a first display mode of the plurality of display modes, the virtual object is moved in accordance with movement of a display device on which the virtual object is displayed, and
- wherein, in a second display mode of the plurality of display modes, a position of the virtual object is fixed regardless of the movement of the display device.
