Job performance support apparatus, method, and program

A job performance support apparatus comprising:

• an acquisition unit configured to acquire, for each department, index data including index contents corresponding to a plurality of first indices classified by at least two axes including an axis for classifying indices into a physical condition and a mental condition of a human resource belonging to an organization including at least one department, and an axis for classifying indices into a business management condition and an individual condition in the organization, and a second index concerning a job performance result of the department;
• a calculation unit configured to calculate, for each index, an evaluation value that evaluates the index contents from the index data;
• a first generation unit configured to designate a display mode of the evaluation value for each of the first indices and the second index, and generate, for each index, display data with which the evaluation value is associated;
• and
• a second generation unit configured to generate, for each department, support data including support measures corresponding to the first indices in accordance with a combination of the display data for the plurality of first indices and the second index.
