Abstract
A toner for electrostatic image development contains toner particles containing a binder resin. The binder resin includes an amorphous resin and a crystalline resin. In the toner particles, a Net intensity of elemental Mg measured by X-ray fluorescence analysis is from 0.40 to 1.20 inclusive, and a Net intensity of elemental Cl measured by X-ray fluorescence analysis is from 0.02 to 0.60 inclusive.

A toner for electrostatic image development comprising toner particles containing a binder resin,
- wherein the binder resin includes an amorphous resin and a crystalline resin, and
- wherein, in the toner particles, a Net intensity of elemental Mg measured by X-ray fluorescence analysis is from 0.40 to 1.20 inclusive, and a Net intensity of elemental Cl measured by X-ray fluorescence analysis is from 0.02 to 0.60 inclusive.
