Abstract
An inventive hinge and fastener design includes a male connector having a plurality of lobes protruding from a pin, as well as a female connector having a plurality of indentations to accommodate the lobes. The male connector may also have an arm that rotates through a channel on the female connector and can be secured within the channel via retention teeth that protrude into the channel.

A hinge comprising:
- a male connector and a female connector;
- said male connector including at least a pin and an arm;
- said female connector including at least an open-ended knuckle with an interior profile, a channel, and at least one retention tooth;
- said male and female connector being operatively dimensioned and configured to be disposed between an interlocked disposition and a disengaged disposition;
- and
- said interlocked disposition comprising at least said pin being disposed within said open-ended knuckle and said arm being disposed within said channel.

- a male connector and a female connector;
- said male connector including at least one shoulder having at least one lobe protruding therefrom;
- said female connector including at least an interior profile having at least one indentation;
- and
- said shoulder of said male connector being dimensioned and configured for an interference fit within said interior profile until said male connector is rotated such that said at least one lobe nestles within said at least one indentation.
