Sealing structure for a transport device having a shape-memory alloy

A transport device for transporting a fluid, the transport device comprising:

• a housing, wherein the housing has a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet;
• an actuator comprising a magnetic shape-memory alloy, wherein the actuator is arranged at least in sections in the housing;
• a drive for deforming the actuator to form at least one cavity for the fluid in the actuator to enable the cavity to be moved by the drive to transport the fluid in the cavity from the fluid inlet to the fluid outlet;
• and
• a sealing element, wherein the sealing element is designed and arranged between the actuator and the housing to edge-seal or end-seal the cavity during the fluid transport from the fluid inlet to the fluid outlet.

A transport device for transporting a fluid, the transport device comprising:

• a housing, wherein the housing has a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet;
• an actuator comprising a magnetic shape-memory alloy;
• a drive for deforming the actuator to form at least one cavity for the fluid in the actuator to enable the cavity to be moved by the drive to transport the fluid in the cavity from the fluid inlet to the fluid outlet;
• a sealing element between the actuator and the housing to seal the cavity during the transport of the fluid from the fluid inlet to the fluid outlet;
• and
• wherein in a first diffusor is connect to the fluid inlet and a second diffusor is connected to the fluid outlet.
