Abstract
A multi-layered membrane comprising skin layers including an ethylene-based olefinic block copolymer (EBOC); and two or more core layers including a propylene-based elastomer (PBE).
Claims23
A multi-layered membrane comprising:
- (i) skin layers including an ethylene-based olefinic block copolymer (EBOC);
- and
- (ii) two or more core layers including a propylene-based elastomer (PBE).
A method of making a roofing membrane, the method comprising:
- (i) forming a first co-extrudate by co-extruding a first composition including an ethylene-based olefinic copolymer and a second composition including a propylene-based elastomer;
- (ii) forming a second co-extrudate by co-extruding a third composition including a propylene-based elastomer and a fourth composition including an ethylene-based olefinic copolymer;
- and
- (iii) laminating the first co-extrudate to the second co-extrudate.
