Liquid detergent compositions containing bleach catalyst

A liquid bleach catalyst detergent composition comprising:

• a transition metal bleach catalyst;
• from about 5 wt. % to about 60 wt. % of a nonionic surfactant;
• and
• at least about 10 wt. % water;
• wherein said composition has a pH of less than about 6.

A liquid bleach catalyst laundry detergent use solution comprising:

• a liquid bleach catalyst laundry detergent including from about 30 wt. % to about 80 wt. % water from about 5 wt. % to about 60 wt. % of one or more nonionic surfactants;
• from about 0.1 wt. % to about 30 wt. % of at least one additional functional ingredient;
• and
• from about 0.01 wt. % to about 15 wt. % of a transition metal bleach catalyst, which is diluted to form a use solution that both bleaches and cleans.
