A power transmission belt comprising:
- a belt body at least portion of which is made of a rubber composition containing a rubber component, cellulose-based fine fibers, cotton powder, and carbon black, wherein
- a content of the carbon black in the rubber composition is 5 parts by mass or more to 30 parts by mass or less relative to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component.
