Claims40
A monoclonal antibody or antibody fragment, wherein the antibody or antibody fragment comprises:
- a heavy chain variable region (VH) comprising a VHCDR1 amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 2, a VHCDR2 amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 3, and a VHCDR3 amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 4;
- and a light chain variable region (VL) comprising a VLCDR1 amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 5, a VLCDR2 amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 6, and a VLCDR3 amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 7.
A method of treating a patient having a cancer, the method comprising administering an effective amount of a DKK1 peptide-loaded MHC-targeted antibody or antibody fragment.
A method of detecting the presence of cell surface DKK1 peptide/HLA-A2 complexes on cancer cells, the method comprising contacting the cancer cells with a DKK1 peptide-loaded MHC-targeted antibody or antibody fragment.
