1-32. (canceled)
A recombinant herpesvirus of turkeys (rHVT) that comprises a first heterologous nucleic acid and a second heterologous nucleic acid;
- wherein the first heterologous nucleic acid is located in a first nonessential site in the rHVT genome, and the second heterologous nucleic acid is located in a second nonessential site in the rHVT genome;
- and
- wherein the first heterologous nucleic acid encodes an Infectious Bursal Disease Virus viral protein 2 (IBDV VP2), an Infectious Laryngotracheitis Virus glycoprotein D (ILTV gD) and an Infectious Laryngotracheitis Virus glycoprotein I (ILTV gI), and wherein the second heterologous encodes a Newcastle Disease Virus fusion protein (NDV F).
A recombinant herpesvirus of turkeys (rHVT) that comprises a first heterologous nucleic acid that comprises the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 21 and a second heterologous nucleic acid that comprises the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 22.
