2-amino-1-(2-(4-fluorophenyl)-3-(4-fluorophenylamino)-8,8-dimethyl-5,6-dihydroimidazo[1,2-a]pyrazin-7(8H)-yl)ethanone, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt administered with another anti-malaria drug.
A pharmaceutical combination comprising lumefantrine and a dose of about 200 mg to about 1000 mg of 2-amino-1-(2-(4-fluorophenyl)-3-(4-fluorophenylamino)-8,8-dimethyl-5,6-dihydroimidazo[1,2-a]pyrazin-7(8H)-yl)ethanone, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
