Information configuration method and terminal

An information configuration method, comprising:

• receiving, by a terminal, first configuration information sent by a target base station, the first configuration information comprising at least one Secondary Node (SN) configuration;
• and
• determining, by the terminal, a target SN configuration in the at least one SN configuration,
• wherein receiving, by the terminal, the first configuration information sent by the target base station comprises:
• sending, by the terminal, a first request message to the target base station, the first request message being used to resume a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection;
• and
• receiving, by the terminal, a first response message sent by the target base station, the first response message comprising the first configuration information,
• wherein each SN configuration comprises configuration information of at least one cell, and the terminal determines a cell in the at least one cell as a Primary Secondary Cell (Pscell) of a respective SN.

An information configuration method, comprising:

• sending, by a target base station, first configuration information to a terminal, the first configuration information comprising at least one Secondary Node (SN) configuration and the at least one SN configuration being used for the terminal to determine a target SN configuration,
• wherein sending, by the target base station, the first configuration information to the terminal comprises:
• receiving, by the target base station, a first request message sent by the terminal, the first request message being used to resume a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection;
• and
• sending, by the target base station, a first response message to the terminal, the first response message comprising the first configuration information,
• wherein each SN configuration comprises configuration information of at least one cell, and a Primary Secondary Cell (Pscell) of a respective SN is determined by the terminal in the at least one cell.

A terminal, comprising a processor, a memory and a transceive,r wherein

• the memory is configured to store computer programs, and
• the processor is configured to call and run the computer programs stored in the memory to execute operations of:
• receiving, via the transceiver, first configuration information sent by a target base station, the first configuration information comprises at least one Secondary Node (SN) configuration;
• and
• determining a target SN configuration in the at least one SN configuration;
• wherein the processor is further configured to call and run the computer programs stored in the memory to:
• send a first request message to the target base station via the transceiver, the first request message being used to resume a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection;
• and
• receive a first response message sent by the target base station, the first response message comprising the first configuration information,
• wherein each SN configuration comprises configuration information of at least one cell, and the processor is further configured to determine a cell in the at least one cell as a Primary Secondary Cell (Pscell) of a respective SN.
