Abstract
Provided are a method for a first apparatus for communicating wirelessly and an apparatus supporting the method. The method comprises the steps of: receiving a message, from a second apparatus, comprising second apparatus location data and second apparatus identifier-related data; receiving, from the second apparatus, sidelink control information (SCI) comprising the second apparatus identifier-related data; acquiring distance data for the distance between the first apparatus and second apparatus on the basis of location data thereof; and determining whether the first apparatus and second apparatus are within the minimum required communication range (MCR) on the basis of distance data and MCR of the SCI-related service.
Claims16
A method for performing wireless communication by a first device, the method comprising:
- receiving, from a second device, a message including location information of the second device and information related to an identifier of the second device;
- receiving, from the second device, sidelink control information (SCI) including information related to the identifier of the second device;
- obtaining distance information between the first device and the second device based on location information of the first device and the location information of the second device;
- and
- determining whether or not the first device is within a minimum required communication range (MCR) of the second device, based on the MCR of a service related to the SCI and the distance information.
A first device configured to perform wireless communication, the first device comprising:
- one or more memories storing instructions;
- one or more transceivers;
- and
- one or more processors connected to the one or more memories and the one or more transceivers, wherein the one or more processors execute the instructions to:
- receive, from a second device, a message including location information of the second device and information related to an identifier of the second device;
- receive, from the second device, sidelink control information (SCI) including information related to the identifier of the second device;
- obtain distance information between the first device and the second device based on location information of the first device and the location information of the second device;
- and
- determine whether or not the first device is within a minimum required communication range (MCR) of the second device, based on the MCR of a service related to the SCI and the distance information.
An apparatus configured to control a first user equipment (UE), the apparatus comprising:
- one or more processors;
- and
- one or more memories being operably connected to the one or more processors and storing instructions, wherein the one or more processors execute the instructions to:
- receive, from a second UE, a message including location information of the second UE and information related to an identifier of the second UE;
- receive, from the second UE, sidelink control information (SCI) including information related to the identifier of the second UE;
- obtain distance information between the first UE and the second UE based on location information of the first UE and the location information of the second UE;
- and
- determine whether or not the first UE is within a minimum required communication range (MCR) of the second UE, based on the MCR of a service related to the SCI and the distance information.
