Abstract
The present disclosure relates to an electronic device comprising a pair of first transistors, each first transistor being coupled to a first node by a conduction terminal, a pair of second transistors, each second transistor being coupled to a second node by a conduction terminal, and a third transistor coupling the first and second nodes, the control terminal of the third transistor being coupled to the output of an operational amplifier, the operational amplifier being coupled, at its input, to the first node and to a node of application of a reference voltage.

An electronic device comprising:
- a pair of first transistors, each first transistor being coupled to a first node by a conduction terminal of the first transistor;
- a pair of second transistors, each second transistor being coupled to a second node by a conduction terminal of the second transistor;
- and
- a third transistor coupling the first and second nodes,
- a control terminal of the third transistor being coupled to an output of a first operational amplifier, the first operational amplifier being coupled, at its input, to the first node and to a node of application of a reference voltage.
An electronic device comprising:
- a pair of first transistors, each first transistor being coupled to a first node by a conduction terminal of the first transistor, wherein the first node is coupled to a first power supply input by a first current source;
- a pair of second transistors, each second transistor being coupled to a second node by a conduction terminal of the second transistor, wherein the second node is coupled to a second power supply input by conduction terminals of a fourth transistor;
- and
- a third transistor coupling the first and second nodes, wherein a control terminal of the third transistor is coupled to an output of a first operational amplifier, and wherein the first operational amplifier is coupled, at its input, to the first node and to a node of application of a reference voltage.
