Abstract
An electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery, and a lithium secondary battery including the same are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, an electrolyte solution includes a first lithium salt, a second lithium salt, an organic solvent, and an additive including a compound represented by Formula 1, wherein the first lithium salt is an imide lithium salt.
Claims10
An electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery, the electrolyte solution comprising:
- a first lithium salt;
- a second lithium salt;
- an organic solvent;
- and
- an additive including a compound represented by Formula 1,
- wherein the first lithium salt is an imide lithium salt:
- wherein, in Formula 1,
- R1 and R2 are each independently an alkylene group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and
- R3 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, a halogen-substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a cyclic alkyl group having 3 to 8 carbon atoms, an alkenyl group having 2 to 8 carbon atoms, and an aromatic hydrocarbon group having 5 to 14 carbon atoms.
