Abstract
A polarizer and a manufacturing method thereof, a display panel, and a display device are provided. The polarizer includes a polarizing layer, and the polarizing layer includes a first polarizing region and a second polarizing region. A light transmittance of the first polarizing region is greater than a light transmittance of the second polarizing region, and a ratio of the light transmittance of the first polarizing region to the light transmittance of the second polarizing region is 1.1:1 to 2.6:1.
Claims19
A polarizer, comprising:
- a polarizing layer, wherein
- the polarizing layer comprises a first polarizing region and a second polarizing region;
- and
- a light transmittance of the first polarizing region is greater than a light transmittance of the second polarizing region, and a ratio of the light transmittance of the first polarizing region to the light transmittance of the second polarizing region is 1.1:1 to 2.6:1.
A manufacturing method of a polarizer, comprising:
- providing a polarizing layer to be treated;
- treating the polarizing layer to be treated to obtain a treated polarizing layer, wherein the treated polarizing layer comprises a first polarizing region and a second polarizing region, a light transmittance of the first polarizing region is greater than a light transmittance of the second polarizing region, and a ratio of the light transmittance of the first polarizing region to the light transmittance of the second polarizing region is 1.1:1 to 2.6:1;
- and
- forming the polarizer by using the treated polarizing layer.
