Image sensing device

An image sensing device, comprising:

• a plurality of unit pixels disposed in a first row;
• and
• a gain conversion signal line coupled to each of the plurality of unit pixels and transmitting a gain conversion signal to the each of the plurality of unit pixels,
• wherein
• each of the plurality of unit pixels includes:
• a first gain conversion transistor including a first drain region, a first source region and a first gate that are located and coupled to form a transistor, the first gate coupled to the gain conversion signal line;
• a second gain conversion transistor including a second drain region, a second source region and a second gate that are located and coupled to form a transistor, wherein the second gate is coupled to the first drain region of the first gain conversion transistor and the second gain conversion transistor exhibits a capacitance greater than a capacitance of the first gain conversion transistor;
• and
• a floating diffusion region coupled to the first source region of the first gain conversion transistor.
