Abstract
Some aspects described herein relate to detecting, for a first vehicle, presence of an obstacle in a driving path of a vehicle, determining, for a second vehicle, a sight stopping distance between the second vehicle and the obstacle, and transmitting, to the second vehicle and where the sight stopping distance is within a threshold, a message including a notification of the obstacle.

An apparatus for wireless communication, comprising:
- a transceiver;
- a memory configured to store instructions;
- and
- one or more processors communicatively coupled with the memory and the transceiver, wherein the one or more processors are configured to execute the instructions to cause the apparatus to:
- detect, for a first vehicle, presence of an obstacle in a driving path of a vehicle;
- determine, for a second vehicle, a sight stopping distance between the second vehicle and the obstacle;
- and
- transmit, to the second vehicle and where the sight stopping distance is within a threshold, a message including a notification of the obstacle.
A method for wireless communication of vehicle-to-anything (V2X) messages, comprising:
- detecting, for a first vehicle, presence of an obstacle in a driving path of a vehicle;
- determining, for a second vehicle, a sight stopping distance between the second vehicle and the obstacle;
- and
- transmitting, to the second vehicle and where the sight stopping distance is within a threshold, a message including a notification of the obstacle.
An apparatus for wireless communication of vehicle-to-anything (V2X) messages, comprising:
- means for detecting, for a first vehicle, presence of an obstacle in a driving path of a vehicle;
- means for determining, for a second vehicle, a sight stopping distance between the second vehicle and the obstacle;
- and
- means for transmitting, to the second vehicle and where the sight stopping distance is within a threshold, a message including a notification of the obstacle.
A computer-readable medium, comprising code executable by one or more processors for wireless communications of vehicle-to-anything (V2X) messages, the code comprising code for:
- detecting, for a first vehicle, presence of an obstacle in a driving path of a vehicle;
- determining, for a second vehicle, a sight stopping distance between the second vehicle and the obstacle;
- and
- transmitting, to the second vehicle and where the sight stopping distance is within a threshold, a message including a notification of the obstacle.
