Equipment for aiding the traceability of agri-food products

Equipment for aiding traceability of agri-food products, comprising:

• a frame, provided with connecting members to a container for harvesting agri-food products;
• an image detector device, fitted to the frame and oriented so that, when a container is connected to the frame, the container is within an observation region framed by the image detector device;
• a motion sensor fitted to the frame and configured to detect movements within a surveillance region including at least a portion of the observation region framed by the image detector device;
• a satellite positioning device;
• a storage device;
• a processing unit;
• wherein the image detector device is coupled to the motion sensor and is configured to acquire at least a reference image in response to a movement detected by the motion sensor;
• and wherein the processing unit is configured to associate the reference image with coordinates detected by the satellite positioning device and a timestamp and to store the reference image, the coordinates detected by the satellite positioning device, and the timestamp in the storage device.
