Abstract
An image forming apparatus includes a controller configured to obtain PJL data via a data interface, and add target PJL data to the obtained PJL data with reference to filter data stored in a non-volatile memory. The target PJL data is PJL data intended for causing the image forming apparatus to perform a particular process. The filter data includes data for adding the target PJL data to the obtained PJL data.

An image forming apparatus comprising:
- a data interface;
- a non-volatile memory;
- and
- a controller configured to:
- obtain PJL data via the data interface;
- and
- add target PJL data to the obtained PJL data with reference to filter data stored in the non-volatile memory, the target PJL data being PJL data intended for causing the image forming apparatus to perform a particular process, the filter data including data for adding the target PJL data to the obtained PJL data.
An image forming system comprising:
- an information processing device;
- and
- an image forming apparatus comprising:
- a data interface;
- a non-volatile memory;
- and
- a controller configured to:
- obtain PJL data via the data interface;
- and
- add target PJL data to the obtained PJL data with reference to filter data stored in the non-volatile memory, the target PJL data being PJL data intended for causing the image forming apparatus to perform a particular process, the filter data including data for adding the target PJL data to the obtained PJL data.
A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing computer-readable instructions executable by a processor of an image forming apparatus comprising a data interface and a non-volatile memory, the instructions being configured to, when executed by the processor, cause the image forming apparatus to:
- obtain PJL data via the data interface;
- and
- add target PJL data to the obtained PJL data with reference to filter data stored in the non-volatile memory, the target PJL data being PJL data intended for causing the image forming apparatus to perform a particular process, the filter data including data for adding the target PJL data to the obtained PJL data.
