Abstract
In certain aspects, the disclosure relates to anti-idiotype antibodies and antigen-binding portions thereof that specifically bind a KL2B413 containing protein, e.g., an antibody or antigen-binding portions thereof. In some aspects, the anti-idiotype antibodies and antigen-binding portions of the present disclosure can be used in methods to detect and quantify cells expressing chimeric antigen receptors that include KL2B413.
Claims33
An anti-idiotype antibody or antigen-binding portion thereof that specifically binds a target antibody that comprises KL2B413.
An anti-idiotype antibody or an antigen-binding portion thereof that specifically binds KL2B413, wherein the anti-idiotype antibody or antigen-binding portion comprises a heavy chain variable (VH) domain comprising a VH CDR1 having an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs:4-7, a VH CDR2 having an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs:11-14 and a VH CDR3 having an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs:19-20, and further comprises a light chain variable (VL) domain comprising a VL CDR1 having an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs:25-26, a VL CDR2 having an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs:29-30 and a VL CDR3 having an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO:33-34.
A nucleic acid encoding the heavy chain, the light chain, or both, of an anti-idiotype antibody or an antigen-binding portion thereof that specifically binds KL2B413, wherein said nucleic acid comprises:
- a) the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 38;
- b) the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 40;
- c) both a) and b).
